There is no upfront payment for the website build. You pay the agreed website price only after you are happy with it and approve it for launch.
Do you provide hosting?+
Hosting and technical care are included in the €39/month care option. We can also help connect your domain.
Can customers contact me through WhatsApp?+
Yes. We can add a WhatsApp button, contact form, phone link or booking option depending on your business.
How long does a website take?+
The timeline depends on the size of the website and how quickly we receive the content. We agree on a realistic timeline before work starts.
What do I need to provide?+
Your business details, services, contact information, logo and any photographs you want to use. We can help organise the information before design begins.
Who owns the website?+
After the agreed website price is paid, the completed website is yours. Third-party domains, licensed tools and subscriptions remain subject to their providers’ terms.
How many revisions are included?+
Two revision rounds are included for changes within the agreed scope. New pages or features are priced separately before extra work begins.
Can I cancel the monthly care plan?+
Yes. The monthly care plan can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. We will explain the practical hosting or transfer steps before anything changes.
